Veli Ndaba is the Founder of NeuroEngineering Leadership™ — a discipline that brings together neuroscience, leadership, organisational behaviour and human performance to understand how the environments we create influence the biology, behaviour and performance of people.
He is also the Founder of Lumineve Consultancy, through which he works with organisations to move beyond simply managing people to engineering the conditions in which people can lead effectively, build thriving cultures and sustain performance.
